Asia Pacific’s leading electronic and dance music industry event is set to return in November to celebrate its monumental 10th Anniversary edition. Under the theme of ‘2012 – 2022: Decade Of Dance’ EMC is set to showcase a host of keynotes, panels, networking opportunities, discussions and bespoke events that aim to unite the Australian music scene and local community.

Artist Delegate Passes are offered at a discount to assist emerging artists, while offering priority placement to Masterclass sessions at the conference, with a choice of either Beginner-Intermediate or Advanced levels.
There are also EMC10 & Festival X bundle options available, allowing you to attend both EMC10 and Festival X Sydney at a discounted rate.
There will be a unique mix of interactive events and experiences reflecting the convergence of music, tech, fashion and dance. These topics will be built into a program centred on a suite of content covering the climate emergency; tech; justice, equity and diversity; and professional development. The full program is set to be announced in October.
With an expanded capacity of up to 510 delegates, EMC10 is offering an invaluable chance for attendees to network, enjoy themselves, and discuss emerging trends and continued challenges within the Australian and international electronic music scenes. This is recognised as an opportunity to showcase and discover emerging talent, and to join forces on the mission to diversify and encourage equality throughout the broader industry. The Powerhouse Museum aims to provide venues, exhibitions, programs and services which can be enjoyed by all visitors, including those with disabilities.
Companion Card
The Museum is an affiliate of the NSW Government’s Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care’s Companion Card program. Support persons receive free entry to paid exhibitions and programs when accompanying a Companion Card holder. Visit the Companion Card website for more information.
Access
Entry to the Powerhouse is usually via Harris St, though EMC is best accessed via Macarthur St, Level 3 of the Powerhouse. Access within the Powerhouse Museum is via ramps and an elevator.
Accessible toilets are located on level 2.

Assistance animals trained to assist people with disabilities are welcome.

Hidden Disabilities SunflowerThe Powerhouse has adopted the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower to help support and raise awareness of those living with a hidden disability. Free lanyards and wristbands are available from the Powerhouse Museum cloaking desk.
Powerhouse COVID-19 update

The Powerhouse and Museums Discovery Centre are open in line with the latest NSW Government’s public health orders.
Please continue to be mindful of 1.5m physical distancing and hand hygiene protocols.
Our theatres are seated at up to 100% capacity and you may be seated near someone who is not in your group.
All workshop equipment, materials and workspaces are regularly cleaned in line with COVID Safety Cleaning protocols.

Secure Tickets or Ticket Protection is available when booking. Secure Tickets allow you to apply for a full refund on your order should you, or anyone in your party, be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
